1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the catering and hospitality services provided by Sri Vijaya Durga Catering and Hospitality Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Tenneti Duba Raju, located at 102, 2-4-127/1/102, PDR Arcade Delux, Ragendra Nagar, Uppara Pally Village, Ranga Reddy, Telangana – 500048. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or signed agreement).
• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance deposit as specified in the quotation.
• The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
• Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event date.

3. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance of 30% of the total estimated invoice is required to confirm the booking.
• An additional 40% payment is due 7 days before the event date.
• The remaining 30% balance is payable on or before the day of the event, prior to service commencement.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or cash.

4. Pricing

All published pricing is indicative and per-plate / per-head as specified. Final pricing may vary based on menu customization, seasonal ingredient costs, event location, travel requirements, and number of guests. A final binding quotation will be provided in writing before any payment is collected.

5. Service Scope

• The Company will provide the agreed menu, staffing, and equipment as outlined in the confirmed booking agreement.
• Any additions or changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges.
• The Company is not responsible for delays or shortcomings caused by factors outside its control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or government orders.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide adequate venue space, water, electricity, and appropriate permissions for the catering setup.
• The client is responsible for obtaining all required event permits and licenses.
• The client must inform the Company of any specific dietary requirements, allergies, or religious food restrictions at the time of booking.

7. Food Safety and Hygiene

We follow strict FSSAI guidelines. All food is prepared fresh using quality-inspected ingredients. We are not liable for any food-related ailments arising from consumption of food that has been left unrefrigerated for over two hours after service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and menus, is the property of Sri Vijaya Durga Catering and Hospitality Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranga Reddy, Telangana.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy

1. Overview

At Sri Vijaya Durga Catering and Hospitality Services, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures. We urge clients to review this carefully before confirming a booking.

2. Cancellation by the Client

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to ekagra2k26@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +91 83674 64652. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 30 days before the event: 30% of the total booking value will be forfeited as a processing and reservation fee. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
• 15 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the total booking value will be forfeited. No refund on the advance deposit paid.
• 7 to 14 days before the event: 75% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
• Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total booking value is forfeited. No refund will be issued.
• Day-of cancellation: No refund. Full amount is forfeited and additional costs incurred may be billed.

3. Advance Deposit — Non-Refundable

The initial 30% advance deposit paid at the time of booking confirmation is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers reservation, planning, and procurement costs.

4. Postponement / Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 15 days before the original event date.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and any price differences applicable to the new date.
• A rescheduling fee of ₹2,000 INR will apply per request.
• Only one rescheduling request is permitted per booking.

5. Cancellation by Sri Vijaya Durga Catering

In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, severe illness, natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions), we will:

• Inform you at the earliest possible time.
• Offer a full refund of all amounts paid, or an alternative date at no additional charge.
• Our liability is limited to a full refund of amounts received. No additional compensation will be payable.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (bank account, UPI handle, etc.).
• Cash refunds above ₹10,000 INR may require additional bank processing time.

7. Disputes

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should first be raised by contacting us at ekagra2k26@gmail.com. We commit to resolving all disputes within 10 working days. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranga Reddy, Telangana.
