Ticketing and hospitality services are officially managed and operated by Sri Vijaya Durga Catering and Hospitality Services, which is responsible for processing ticket payments and maintaining booking records.

When you purchase a ticket, we collect the following personal information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- College Name
- Batch and Year of Study
- Payment information — processed securely by Cashfree Payments through Sri Vijaya Durga Catering and Hospitality Services. We do not store card or UPI details on our servers.
We use your personal information solely for the following purposes:
- To process your ticket purchase and send you a confirmation email with your Ticket ID and QR code
- To verify your identity at the event entrance
- To contact you in case of changes to the event schedule
- To maintain attendance records for the event
We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to process your payment (Cashfree Payments) or send your ticket email (Brevo).
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure in Mumbai, India. Your data is retained for a period of 6 months after the event, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We use the following third-party services to operate our ticketing platform:
- Cashfree Payments — for payment processing, operated by Sri Vijaya Durga Catering and Hospitality Services. Their privacy policy is available at cashfree.com.
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — for sending confirmation emails. Their privacy policy is available at brevo.com.
- Supabase — for secure data storage. Their privacy policy is available at supabase.com.

Our ticketing website does not use cookies or tracking technologies. The admin dashboard uses session storage (stored only in your browser) to remember your login token during a session.
