All tickets for Ekagra 2026 are delivered digitally via email. Upon successful payment of the ₹450 registration fee, your e-ticket is generated instantly and sent to the email address you provided during registration.
There are no physical goods, no courier services, and no shipping addresses required. Standard shipping timelines and charges do not apply to this service.
- Instant Generation: Your unique Ticket ID and QR code are generated immediately upon payment confirmation.
- Email Delivery: The confirmation email is sent to your registered email address within 5 to 10 minutes of successful payment.
- What You Receive: The email contains your unique Ticket ID (e.g., EKG-001), your full registration details, and a QR code for verification.
Your confirmation email serves as your official Food and Beverage pass for Ekagra 2026. On event days (May 04–06, 2026), present the QR code — either on your smartphone screen or as a printed copy — to our volunteers at the entrance of ESIC Medical College for scanning and verification.
Each QR code is unique and can only be scanned once. Carry a valid government-issued photo ID along with your ticket.
If your payment was successful but you have not received your ticket email within 1 hour, please follow these steps:
- Check your Spam / Junk folder for an email from ekagra2k26@gmail.com
- Ensure the email address you entered during registration was correct
- If the email is still not found, contact our support team immediately at ekagra2k26@gmail.com or call +91 84648 73942 with your name and transaction reference number
- We will manually resend your digital ticket within 24 hours of your request
