Ekagra 2026 is the Annual Medical Fest organised by the Ekagra 2026 Committee, ESIC Medical College, Hyderabad. The event is scheduled to take place from May 04 to May 06, 2026 at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500038.
Ticketing and hospitality services for Ekagra 2026 are officially managed and operated by Sri Vijaya Durga Catering and Hospitality Services. All ticket payments are collected by Sri Vijaya Durga Catering and Hospitality Services on behalf of the Ekagra 2026 Committee.
- Each ticket is priced at ₹450 (Indian Rupees) and grants access to the event during the three-day fest.
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the person who registered.
- A unique Ticket ID will be emailed to the registered email address upon successful payment. This ID must be presented at the entrance.
- The organizers reserve the right to limit ticket sales at any time.
- Duplicate purchases will not be refunded. Please verify your details before completing payment.
- Attendees must carry a valid photo ID along with their Ticket ID (digital or printed).
- Food and Beverage access will be denied to anyone without a valid ticket or proper identification.
- Each ticket can only be scanned once at the entrance. Attempts to reuse a ticket will result in denial of Food and Beverage access.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is found to be disruptive or in violation of event rules.
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and comply with the instructions of event staff at all times.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to inability to attend, change of plans, or medical reasons. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
In the unlikely event that the organisers cancel the event entirely, registered attendees will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The Ekagra 2026 Committee and ESIC Medical College are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
- Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.
- The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues during the ticket purchase process beyond their reasonable control.
By attending Ekagra 2026, you grant the organisers permission to photograph or record you during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff.
The organisers reserve the right to change event schedules, performers, activities, or venues due to circumstances beyond their control. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
