Sri Vijaya Durga Catering and Hospitality Services, which manages ticketing and hospitality for Ekagra 2026, operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a ticket purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans or personal reasons
- Inability to attend due to illness, travel, or emergencies
- Dissatisfaction with event content or schedule changes
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Food and Beverage denied due to failure to carry valid ID or ticket
Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase. They are also non-transferable — a ticket purchased in one person's name cannot be transferred to or used by another person.
In the unlikely event that Ekagra 2026 is cancelled entirely by the organizers, all registered ticket holders will be notified via their registered email address. In such a case, a full refund of ₹450 will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial cancellation of event days or individual activities does not entitle attendees to any refund.
If your payment fails but an amount has been deducted from your account, please do not attempt to repurchase immediately. Such deductions are typically reversed by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 business days.
